Saturday Jr Fair Livestock Sale

The Columbiana County Jr. Fair Livestock Sale is open to Columbiana County Jr. Fair exhibitors of market cattle, market hogs, market lambs, market rabbits, market poultry, market turkey, market goats, dairy production goats (fudge), and dairy promotion (cheese) in the current year fair. Exhibitors can sell a maximum of two (2) animals, excluding carcass lamb, hog, steer, and additional animals sold by Grand Outstanding and Reserve Outstanding Projects (turkey, rabbit, and poultry only). Pens of rabbits and fryer rabbits and pens of chickens will be considered as one animal. Grand and Reserve Champions will sell first, followed by showmanship and skillathon winners, then as placed in each class with light and heavy animals sold last. During the sale, only trophy donors for Grand and Reserve market projects will be given an opportunity for pictures within the sale ring. 

The online auction will close with live bidding. The sales orders are as follows:

• Thursday, starting at 6 PM in the beef complex: steers, dairy promotion project (cheese baskets), dairy beef feeders
• Saturday, starting at 9 AM in the coliseum: market goats, dairy goat production (fudge baskets), lambs, hogs, turkeys, rabbits, chickens
